I offer a powerful hybrid of talk therapy and somatic therapy. Somatic work addresses experiences (traumas and patterns) embedded in the body's fascial layers that communicate directly with your nervous system. Talk therapy helps you make sense of and process these bodily experiences. Being heard and witnessed in your experience supports the necessary integration, ensuring therapy moves beyond mental concepts into aligned action.

Most people discover what they truly want by first recognising what they don't want. I'll gently guide you to meet the parts of yourself that feel edgy, uncomfortable, or even shameful or angry. By engaging with these deeper layers, we open pathways to profound healing. Whether you're seeking individual growth, relationship support, or conflict resolution, I'm here to guide your journey toward greater wholeness and harmony.
