MOVE WRITE SHARE

An 6 week somatic journey merging dancing, writing and the power of community and sharing.

Each session will start with a 40 minute guided somatic dance and embodiment with themes of: sensuality and eros, unshaming, boundary setting, embodied confidence, grief and rage.

We will move straight into a creative writing exercise for 15 minutes which can be expressed through a journaling or poetry or whatever wants to flow through you - movement UNLOCKS creativity. What wants to flow through you?

We will then finish with a share where each person has the opportunity to hear and share our words - this explores themes of vulnerability and the healing power of community.
